High Pointe Land developed this property for the owner using a combination of fee-based services and builder sales representation. We worked through the city entitlement process, oversaw the site development and dirt work, facilitated the sale of lots to builders, managed the building of homes, and used expert knowledge of the building industry and sales to market and sell the finished homes to customers.

6-7 Developers tried to get this piece developed, and none were able. High Pointe Land employed its unique development model which enabled us to get done what others could not.
